Timeframe

Considering the timing of the project, the implementation at both national and European level will be divided in three stages:

Initial implementation of the “package label” (until end 2015), which will be the most demanding phase, when all the support actions will have to be implemented;

Monitoring, evaluation and promotion (2016). This stage will focus on the evaluation of the work done within the project but more importantly on the overall implementation of the package label on the consortium countries. This evaluation and learned lessons will be disseminated to public authorities, at European and national level, with a focus on countries not part of the consortium;

Readjustments and preparation for phase 2 (from early 2017). This stage will include the readjustments of the strategies, materials and tools under the light of the learned lessons in the first phase.
